You may not otherwise copy, display, transmit or distribute any material from the site and you may only use the site for lawful purposes and not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorized access. Neither should you seek to overload the system via spamming or otherwise, or use any means to crash, delay, damage or interfere with the operation of the site nor attempt to disassemble, decipher or modify any of the software, coding or information found within the site.

You are responsible for ensuring all information supplied by you is accurate and up to date, not mislead or deceive nor be obscene, offensive, discriminatory or otherwise illegal or unlawful. You are also responsible for ensuring all information, data and files are free of viruses or other applications, which may damage or interfere with the performance of the site.

CVs contained on the site are provided by freelancers/candidates and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of CVs or job postings. It is the client’s responsibility to carry out such checks and procedures as are necessary to ensure that freelancers are suitable for the relevant job and have the required qualifications.

You agree to deal professionally with freelancers/candidates/clients you are introduced to via this website and not bring Professional Sound People into disrepute. Professional Sound People will accept no liability for the breach of such conduct.

You will indemnify us from and against any claims or liability arising from the content or links contained in your advertisements. If your advertisement links to another site, you are responsible for maintaining the links and for the content of your advertisement and the linked site. We may remove any advertisement that contains content or links to any site that, in our opinion, is defamatory or objectionable or will bring Professional Sound People into disrepute.

The database is to be used for the sole purpose of finding suitable freelancers/candidates. The information contained therein is for the purpose of an introduction to freelancers/candidates via Professional Sound People for a specific job. You may not use the material for use in any database or contact freelancers/candidates directly or allow the use of information about those individuals to a third party. Database rights (pursuant to the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997) and all other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights in the candidate database belong to Professional Sound People.

If any of the services or goods offered through the site are not lawful or permitted in countries outside the United Kingdom should you try to order, purchase or receive such services or goods we do not accept any liability for any losses suffered by you in using this website which you would not have suffered had you been accessing this website as a United Kingdom resident.

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to Professional Sound People or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

In the event of you agreeing to register with Professional Sound People you agree to your CV and limited personal data being available to prospective clients and the general public.

All monies that are paid to us by you are non-refundable and cancellation and/or termination of the service by you or us at any time for whatever reason will not entitle you to a refund of any monies paid.

These terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time and will be promoted either via E-mail notification or on the website. Following any amendment you will be deemed to accept these amended terms when you next use this site.
